WHAT YOU’LL DO

· You will join the technology support team that provides Level 2 support for our Firm’s Research platforms.

· Handle software upgrades and releases

· Manage all production platforms

· Liaise with developers, other Point72 technology groups, and end-users

· Design and implement tools and reports to help make the department more efficient

· Support trading systems during incidents, including both remediating the issue and ensuring ongoing communication with end-users and stakeholders

WHAT’S REQUIRED

• 3+ years of application support experience within the financial services industry

• Proven experience supporting Windows-based applications, including installation and configuration

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows application performance, compatibility, and connectivity.

• Experience with job scheduling preferred

• Ability to work in a global team, with flexibility in times and shifts worked.
